Q – What is unique about LangCo Branded Fixtures?
A – Unlike decals, screen printing, vinyl or other surface applications, LangCo’s unique state of the art imaging process EMBEDS and BONDS images with the material, rather than “placing” it on top of the surface. The benefit: A longer lasting, more durable fixture that ensures your brand and images will consistently look fresh.
Q – Are the graphics peel and scratch resistant?
A – Yes, because the graphics are embedded and bonded into the substrate, it is impossible to peel, and also, because the graphic is part of the hard finish, they are highly scratch resistant. Our laminate product is exclusively made for us and is the most durable on the market. In fact, you can take a permanent Sharpie to it; clean it with paint thinner and not damage the image.
Q – How well does you product stand up in sunlight?
A – Our imaged metals use a unique polymer that has been tested to exceed 4 years in direct sunlight prior to any significant degradation. We have tile products that carry a LIFETIME warranty against fading.
Q – Can we get a custom image on your products?
A – Yes, we are open to any custom project. The image we receive must be at least 1MB in order to deliver the resolution that capitalizes on the large format.
1. What if we need help with design?
A – We have extraordinary in-house design capabilities but first and foremost, we fabricate material. We welcome working with your designers.
Q – What are the lead-times?
A – An order usually takes 2-4 weeks from time we receive or develop final art to the time of delivery depending on order volume.
Q – Where are your branded fixtures manufactured?
A – We fabricate our products in a 25,000 sq. ft. production facility in Greenville, SC.
Q – Are the graphics water and chemical resistant?
A – Yes, water splashes or even chemical or gas splashes will not affect the graphics.
Q – How is installation handled?
A – We have installers that will handle the installation on-site. The charge for installation is detailed prior to order approval.
Q – How do I clean the unit?
A – With virtually any cleaner you choose short of acid!
Q – Are there some similar products on the market?
A – No. This product is unique among large formats. No other process will make your brand look as fresh as long in a harsh retail, stadium, hotel, restaurant or educational environment.
